Enroll A Child

FLOC’s services are provided for free to students from low-income families in the District of Columbia (all programs) and West Virginia (Outdoor Education Center and West Virginia Leaders in Action only).

This page provides everything you need to get started on enrolling a child in grades 1-12 in one of our programs.  It only takes a few minutes and could literally transform the future of a deserving child or youth!

We're now recruiting for school year 2016-2017 programs. Please contact Kamil Arrington, Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator, at karrington@floc.org or 202-349-3512, with any questions.

Step 1:  Please click on the link below and complete a student application for the 2016-2017 school year.  You also will be required to submit a copy of your student’s most recent report card and/or transcript.

Step 2:  All  student applicants must take a pre-test to gauge their grade-level competency.  After you submit an application (Step 1), you will be contacted to discuss the enrollment process and to sign up for a student testing session.
