“Again, good morning and welcome — and if you weren’t here for the opening remarks, I’m Tim Payne, executive director of FLOC. Thank you for joining us.
Last month, I had the opportunity to speak at For Love of Children’s annual Recognition event, which recognizes the outstanding achievements of our students.
